  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain, whole-milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp quick oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes, until smooth and creamy. 


If using a frozen banana, reduce ice to 1/3 cup.
